What do we mean by youth services? The Ministry of Children and Family Development provides a wide range of services to help you and your family when problems seem overwhelming. We can help if you need assistance to make changes in your life. These changes may include helping you to find housing if you’re living on the street; kick your drug or alcohol addiction; finish or continue your education; and providing your parents with counselling and other supports. The ministry has a Youth Advisory Council and its members work with us to help us improve services for youth.
